The worst app I ever tried. The only that worked was the "loading" sign. Oh, and the ads, of course. Nothing happened after 5-10 minutes of waiting for a wanted or current adress. Deleted, tried again on diferent days. Nothing. It was a foreign country to me, where I didn't understand bus schedules on local stations, so this made me even more frustrated trying to use this App. Finally used a diferent app: everything worked smoothly. So it wasn't my phone or bad connection.

App usually works fine and with no ads. Today Nov 18 it all of a sudden said No Internet and only gave a button to retry or cancel which closed the app. Rebooted my phone and cleared storage for the app but nothing worked. Had to force stop the app as a well as it was burning up my phone. This outage lasted at least 30 minutes during afternoon rush hour. I had to buy a ticket instead with the competing Moovit app. the app would be wise to add a link to their support hotline in the menu.

All goes great until you got stuck with a problem. Then the customer service is just terrible. They take zero responsibility for the errors of the app and keep copy pasting you solutions that are not suitable for the case. So, you can use the app, but keep in mind there's no support in case you have an issue .
