If you are a registered user of Member Service Area of Al Meezan’s web portal, or you were previously using the “Al Meezan Connect” application, you can login to your investment account using the same credentials. Very poor app experience. Tried logging in, but the app keeps redirecting back to the home screen automatically. After creating a new account, I received a password setup link from the bank, but the website doesn’t open at all. Even the "Forgot Password" option crashes the app after entering the required info. Extremely frustrating. Please fix these issues urgently.

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My Meezan Investment account has had issues since day one. SIP is active, but I’ve never been able to log in. The app and website are always unresponsive. I’ve called customer support countless times, followed all their steps, yet nothing is resolved. They just say “we’ve noted it” and 4+ months have passed with no solution. Extremely poor service. Highly Disappointed

it's really frustrating that whenever I try to login, it takes a lot of time & doesn't work. In addition, whenever I successfully login, it takes too much to process and mostly I fail to redeem or transfer. kindly improve it asap
