Ratings and reviews

My main complaint about the app is the glitches, and how long (if ever) they take to get fixed. For example, suddenly lots of my matches appear as "banned", which means I am not able to message them, however, the profiles who are "banned"'may not even be aware of it, as the app doesn't notify the user if they get banned. Also, the same profiles that appear as "banned" to me, do not appear as "banned" to others - I have tested that. Make it make sense. This has been an ongoing issue for a very

edit May 2026: Long time user. This app has gone from moderate bot infiltration to severe in the past few months. It is now next to unusable. I have spent money for chat first credits which I used only on verified accounts, only to see the verified accounts get removed for violating terms. Meaning JAB verification is very untrustworthy and let's scam bots through. Also seeing a lot of JAB + accounts turning out to be scams. The scammers are paying to be on the app which makes me wonder why?

I'm hesitant to pay for a premium membership because of all the catfishers not using the platform for which it was designed. This was a good app when it first started but weeding through all the fake profiles make it hard to use the platform. Features are limited unless you pay for a membership which makes the app even more frustrating to use

What’s new

We’ve given the backend a tune-up, fixed a few things that were apparently feeling a little too adventurous, and made general improvements for a smoother, more reliable experience.
