My main complaint about the app is the glitches, and how long (if ever) they take to get fixed. For example, suddenly lots of my matches appear as "banned", which means I am not able to message them, however, the profiles who are "banned"'may not even be aware of it, as the app doesn't notify the user if they get banned. Also, the same profiles that appear as "banned" to me, do not appear as "banned" to others - I have tested that. Make it make sense. This has been an ongoing issue for a very

It has so much potential to be a 5 star app. I have seen they were making updates, but none people actually requested like criteria as far as height, race, hair color, and eye color. I also think that if you're going to create bios on the app to at least make it a requirement word minimum for the bio. Otherwise, people think the user of the app is misleading. On 08/07, there was an update for the app, and now I can't even use it. It won't allow me to access my profile. I pay monthly for this.

Ok, so I have had this app for over a year and I have a few suggestions for the developer: -Offer a one time buy-in for premium. The monthly cost is pretty high considering the high amount of weeding out recipients have to do. If upgrading to premium was a one-time buy, I'd be more apt to purchase it. -More filters. Race, height, age, hair/eye color. Willing to travel, shipping, donation method. -Donors should require photos for transparency but have the option of masquerading.
