UPDATE... Went to 5 stars! Thank you for the update. It fixed it and I LOVE this app so much and so do my parents!!!! I am trying to add photos to the app and since the February 2024 update, it keeps saying No Media selected, which I have, and then closes the app. Not sure what is happening, but there aren't any other updates to do. I typically love using this app to communicate with parents and share photos of their kiddos doing activities during the day.

I hit the wrong button on accident and paid with credit card instead of direct deposit. This cost me $94 in fees. Both brightwheels representatives and my daycare say they would like to cancel the cc payment and let me pay another way, but they claim they can't actually do this. There should be a way to cancel a payment if the button was hit accidentally.

It's great but the main page of the child cannot be highlighted or copied. Our daycare is Japanese but my husband cannot read/write japanese. The messages in the app can be highlighted/copied but the main page of the child cannot. Please fix this inside the app. They updated and now messages can be Google translated. When "Observation" is updated, I don't get notifications even if all notifications are on... Please fix
