In general terms the app functions really well. I have been using this app for more than one year now, no major issues. I requested the physical card and use it to buy things in USA, it works as intended with no additional commission 1 to 1, same for the virtual card shopping in US and COP, sometimes there are minor issues in the UI, but support tend to fix very urgent issue soon. One of the best things is that you can save some money by converting when rate is good and gain value with the POTs

No no no they started to take money from the accounts without any information I have never seen a e-mail or something like that and now that I log in I saw several transactions 'coz as they said "try to clean no active accounts "... I probably understand that if they let me know but just take money just because NO THAT'S NO ACCEPTABLE

I've been dealing with a card blocking for the last +15 days, every response asks for additional documentation and after +7 days they ask again for documents that could be asked in the first email. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED
