In general terms the app functions really well. I have been using this app for more than one year now, no major issues. I requested the physical card and use it to buy things in USA, it works as intended with no additional commission 1 to 1, same for the virtual card shopping in US and COP, sometimes there are minor issues in the UI, but support tend to fix very urgent issue soon. One of the best things is that you can save some money by converting when rate is good and gain value with the POTs

Unable to access my money "There is a new version of the app" you click that and there is no UPDATE on the app, how am I suppossed to access my account ?

bad service from this app, I've sent my money to my colombian account and its been 4 days without knowing about my money, this app makes interest with your money and retains it for a bunch of days and people needing to pay their monthly expenses, this is really bad dont recommend this app to anyone
