The app is slow, but it's ok for beginners. I think Kraken is far better, and as soon as I can withdraw my crypto, I'll move on. Oftentimes, I'm waiting for the app to load, I'll put my phone down and use a tablet. Usually, after some time, the app loads. App is like on dial up on back in 1997 soo slow..39,000 tracking attempts from 12 companies with this app, now I know why it's so slow they are busy trying to track you!

Lowering to 1 star - ongoing transaction issues (especially lately) HORRIBLE support - can't, or don't want to do ANYTHING to assist.... Been working just fine for a few months. Today, an issue started popping up all of a sudden. Contacted their support, and it was a joke. The person on the other end clearly had no idea how to address the issue. Kept asking me for the information I already provided. Basically throwing things against the wall and hoping they will stick, j

The charting needs a huge overhaul, and the costly slippage on every transaction is not transparent. The target price function runs into problems with the time delay slippage so setting buy orders and stop losses becomes a goose chase. The Diamond reward system is nice, and often makes up for some of the slippage as long as you don't swing trade with this app, it's not too bad. Expect to lose money when trying to sell something because of the over complicated buy/sell process.
