Unreliable App. Clicked on link in email to connect with provider, which took me to the app. App instructions say to click on link in email. Repeated the process several times. Never worked. Called doctor's office for help. Tried everything again with no luck. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Didn't work. Had to reschedule appointment to try again in the future. Sooooo frustrating!

Video quality is really nice, which is good because I use nextpatient so my gender care doctors can see my transition results! The app is also very simple to use, a very user friendly experience. Only thing I would say is maybe having some sort of setup like google classroom where your doctor can post reminders for appointments and things like that without having to email you would be nice. Maybe something where theres a notification that says "your next appointment with x starts in 10 mins"

Audio was terrible. For some reason, it wouldn't connect to my Bluetooth even though my phone was connected to Bluetooth. On top of that, the volume was super low and I could hardly hear the doctor. Other than that, the app was fine.
