Ratings and reviews

The guidance received by the wealth coaches have been priceless. Guillermo has helped me stay focused on my short term and long term financial goals which has made this journey exciting. I also like that the app offers additional resources and challenges. However, video playing on the app is not always responsive.

In the latest version of the app, I cannot login, as I am simply met with a notification that face ID is not available (despite not even trying to use face ID in the first place). Clearing data and reinstalling has not rectified this. The app did work well in the past so I'd really like to see whether I'm alone in this issue or not.

My wealth coaches Jeff and Guillermo have helped me with making and sticking to a budget over the course of a year. Now I'm building up my savings, and I opened up my first high yield savings account with their advice! They also helped me with doing my mom's taxes. We got an IRS audit, and OneEleven helped us with walking through the forms and reviewing the numbers. My only qualm is that the app itself can be pretty slow.
