Anyone with that book in their library will see and can interact with your post, so it’s really easy to start discussions and make new reader friends.

Ratings and reviews

this app is more of a social media app than a book progress tracker. the interface is cute but actually using it to track books is quite clunky. if you want to track a book you already read, you have to follow several steps to mark it as finished, add a start and finish date, and it still may or may not even show up correctly in your stats page. on top of that, the stats it generates on the free version is not very impressive, you have to switch to premium for all tracking features.

Pagebound has so many nice features such as emojis to describe books, a description of all tropes/categories most books fall into, and an engaging forum to discuss books. Plus, the UI is cute. It could be confusing at first but everything is aptly labeled, so it's pretty easy to figure out your way around the app. I also love how there are recommendations for other books if you liked a book that come from other readers!

I love Pagebound! It is actually colorful and pretty, and it has great features like forums for each book, quests and readalongs for those who like a reading challenge, reading stats, and more! Pagebound was created by women and is anti-AI. Plus, they are listen to user input and continue to make updates based on feedback they receive. And you can import your Goodreads data so you don't lose your history!
