About this app

My Besti is the GPS tracker for pets, made in Colombia. Connect your Besti collar to the app, define your safe zone, and let Petti notify you when they leave home.

How it works:
1. Connect your Besti collar to the app from the Pets tab.

2. Set up your Safe Zone—the area around your home where Petti can move freely without alerts.

3. Receive notifications when they leave the zone, return home, or the collar has a low battery.

4. Activate "Live" mode to see their real-time location when you need to find them.

Three modes designed for your pet's real life:
• At home—the collar uses minimal battery when Petti is in their safe zone.

• Outside—it reports their location when they move, so you can see their route. • Live — 10-second intervals for 5 minutes

The Device
The collar is a GPS tracker with 2G and LTE mobile signal coverage and can last up to 20 days, depending on your pet's activity and whether the home zone is configured to save power. The device is splash-resistant but not suitable for swimming or bathing.

Privacy First
We do not sell your data. GPS locations are used only to show you where your pet is. We comply with Law 1581 on the protection of personal data (Habeas Data), and you can delete your account and all your data. See our full privacy policy: https://mybesti.co/privacy.

Compatible with Dogs and Cats
Designed with dogs in mind, but works equally well with cats. Minimum order: 4 kg or more.

Subscription
Besti includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews each month at the price shown on the payment screen within the app before you confirm your purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time.
