Velour Sip is a personal tasting journal for wine and coffee enthusiasts who want to record more than just a star rating.

Each entry lets you build a detailed flavor profile using a structured rating scale, a curated set of aroma tags, and your own written notes. Whether you are working through a case of Burgundy or exploring single-origin pour-overs, every session gets its own card in your growing collection.

The aroma tag system covers both wine and coffee vocabulary — from bright citrus and stone fruit to dark chocolate, leather, and smoke. You can combine tags freely to describe exactly what you are tasting, without typing out long paragraphs every time.

Entries are organized in an elegant catalog. Sort by date, name, or your personal score. Browse past sessions quickly, revisit scores, and refine your palate over time by comparing entries side by side.

Everything is stored locally on your device. No account, no sync, no server. Your tasting notes are private and always available offline.

The app was built for people who take their glass or cup seriously, but do not want a complicated logging system standing between them and the experience.
