Mini Flow Board is a lightweight personal Kanban board that lives entirely on your device. No accounts, no syncing, no servers — just your tasks organized the way you want them.

The board gives you three core columns out of the box: To Do, In Progress, and Done. Cards move between columns with a simple drag, so you always have a clear picture of what needs attention and what is already wrapped up.

Cards support titles, descriptions, and due dates formatted to your preference — either DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY. The date format setting is there so the app fits your region without any extra steps.

Columns are customizable, meaning you can rename them to match your workflow. Whether you are tracking a home project, a study schedule, or a work sprint, the board adapts without friction.

The interface supports light mode, dark mode, and system-based switching. A font size setting — Small, Medium, or Large — keeps the text comfortable regardless of screen size or personal preference.

Empty states use a skeleton-style placeholder so the board never looks blank or broken before you add your first card. Once data is there, it persists locally through standard device storage.

Everything is free and open to use from the moment you install it. No paywalls, no upgrade prompts, nothing locked behind a subscription.
