at for how many months it was working okay though have to pay extra on first payment, it isn't split in four. pay upfront with not equal with the 2nd -3rd payment. and not when I ordered it says split payments are not eligible for this purchase. why? I never had any late payments or pending payments. 3rd-4th payment I always paid all in advance.

I used to really like this app, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I made a payment through Tamara, and the amount was deducted immediately, yet the order was never confirmed and the store eventually canceled it. What’s worse is that I haven’t received any communication from Tamara regarding the refund. The app doesn’t provide a proper option to raise a claim—only a chatbot. I also waited in the customer support queue for over 40 minutes with no response. Very disappointing.
