I purchased soooo many items in Tamara... morethan 5 years and paid well. now I want to buy some product I cannot because of my credit limit low I enquire customer help center. they respond very bad.... I'm getting tired 😫 with him now I realised its totally waste some other platform if buying items and paid well thay increases credits limit and we can see our credit limit but Tamara customer support also cannot check our credit limit even customer also cannot see.. totally waste very bad...

I have been using your service for the last year and have always paid my EMIs on time. However, for the past two months, I don't know what's happened, but my purchases are not being approved, and it's showing that I need to pay the full amount. I've paid it, and then tried to purchase again, but the same thing is happening.

After a whole long year, I am editing my review, I don't see the light end of the tunnel with Tamara, they don't show the limit, the card which was all time on wait-list never got done and vanished even from the app, they ask banking onboarding, who will even prefer to do that. so I think for me , it's bye to this app as they are not changing.
