At first Tamara was good. But suddenly it stop approving purchases then it totally not connecting to any payments online. Keep on getting the same error message " An unexpected error occurred, try refreshing the page again". The online chat is simply useless since it is a chatbot. I dont owe any balance so I dont find any reason for this error. No explaination was given. I had stopped using Tamara for more than a month now.

After a whole long year, I am editing my review, I don't see the light end of the tunnel with Tamara, they don't show the limit, the card which was all time on wait-list never got done and vanished even from the app, they ask banking onboarding, who will even prefer to do that. so I think for me , it's bye to this app as they are not changing.

Very poor experience. I completed 3 out of 4 installment payments without any issue. When trying to make the final payment, the app repeatedly fails. After entering the OTP while adding a card, it shows “connection failed.” Customer support inside the app also does not work. I am ready to pay, but the app is not allowing it. The app needs an upgrade, or customer service must take immediate steps to properly assist users.
