Ratings and reviews

The app experience isn't great. Embedded stores have issues. Drop downs don't work. The app automatically redirects to Saudi app version. When I open noon my cart is mostly emptied by the app. Having the habit of pressing back button but here pressing it will take us back to the Tamara app. Every time you do that you need to Come back to the store app. The customer service is pretty much non existent. There is only a chatbot on the app. Their offer T&C are unclear. And no Customer service to ask

This is the worst service I've ever seen, my phone number has changed and so if I try to order something from noon it always says that I have to use my old phone number that uses the ID Card registered to that number, so I have tried checking Tamara to change my phone number registered with it so it lead me to a few steps which included them responding back to me in 48 hours with my number changed for my registered Emirates ID, unfortunately I've waited almost 2 months and no response, worst app

Bad experience , I tried several times to add my credit cards ... it's simply logs out after processing the info even though everything is correct and the test fees is charged and reversed but the cards eventually are not added...
