the app doesn't not validate my id and keeps saying there is some technical issue and they are trying to rectify the issue ... it has been more than a month I have been contacting the support team ... initially they replied to me but later after providing them my EID they stopped replying also... seems like they do not care for their customers ... For me it was a full waste of my time and not at all helpful... May a minus score for their customer support if it could be rated.

After a whole long year, I am editing my review, I don't see the light end of the tunnel with Tamara, they don't show the limit, the card which was all time on wait-list never got done and vanished even from the app, they ask banking onboarding, who will even prefer to do that. so I think for me , it's bye to this app as they are not changing.

In-app customer service option doesn't work at all. Once successfully got connected with human agent and described my issue. That genius person deleted my verified account rather than the one I wanted to delete...Now I'm trying to verify my account and everytime it says, something went wrong !! it only happens when company is about to close it's business or they hired people with connections instead of hiring with eligibility criteria. I use other bnpl apps too but this one is completely useless
