At first Tamara was good. But suddenly it stop approving purchases then it totally not connecting to any payments online. Keep on getting the same error message " An unexpected error occurred, try refreshing the page again". The online chat is simply useless since it is a chatbot. I dont owe any balance so I dont find any reason for this error. No explaination was given. I had stopped using Tamara for more than a month now.

good apps, but, We believe greater opportunities should be provided and the process should be simpler. Paying 70% upfront to buy a phone is a bit difficult! If there were 4 installments, and one could get the phone by paying 25% upfront, then people would adopt this app more easily. I would like to purchase a product for myself with a 25% down payment. I would pay the remaining 75% in three installments.🥰

Misguided Fees – Not Transparent I do not recommend using Tamara. If you cancel an order, they still deduct processing fees and profit charges, which are not clearly mentioned in their website terms. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. In comparison, Tabby is much better—they refund the full amount paid when an order is cancelled, with no hidden charges. Transparency is very important for financial services
