Initial Limit Too Low to Be Useful, Very disappointing. I submitted my ID, selfie, and bank details, yet my limit was too low for even a SAR 3,600 purchase. Fully verified users deserve a more realistic starting limit based on their profile. Telling users to "build the limit over time" is pointless when the initial limit isn't enough for the purchase they need. I permanently closed my account.

Even if you buy an item worth only 100, you still have to pay it in 4 EMIs. And if you buy something worth 3,300, paying 831 per month for 4 months is difficult. What kind of plan is this? EMI options should depend on the purchase amount. At least for higher amounts, there should be a 6-month or longer EMI option. Your app shows "Pay with up to 12 EMIs," but when I actually make a purchase, it only gives me the option of 4 EMIs. This feels misleading and almost like a scam. Very poor service.

I have been using your service for the last year and have always paid my EMIs on time. However, for the past two months, I don't know what's happened, but my purchases are not being approved, and it's showing that I need to pay the full amount. I've paid it, and then tried to purchase again, but the same thing is happening.
