My 1st order was sent to an old address. I used the "contact" option on their website 2 weeks ago to try and rectify the problem and still haven't heard back. While there is a phone number, there's no one to answer the call. Finally, you can cancel a subscription BUT you can't close an account with them. This might be a scam. ====== UPDATE It's now been 4 weeks. No order. No refund.

Hardly ever wants to work properly... On almost every aspect... From putting items in and taking them out of my cart to saving and confirming payment information. Very disappointing.

Very frustrating that the app gives an error message when I try to check out. I've added stuff to my cart but it won't let me finish the transaction. This makes the app useless.
