Review from Ana Clara Silva
Recomendo, principalmente para pessoas portadoras de TDAH.
Just downloaded it, but I think the devs should have really run it through an accessibility test first. Every thing on my phone is set to large -- large icons, large text, to prevent eye strain, but this causes so much of the text to just run off. I don't want to turn off my important settings just to interact with the app. Otherwise I deeply enjoy using the app and the impact it has on my life -- it helps me out a lot with self care.
Installed yesterday. Drank water. Poked around the app. Said I wanted to check my weight, paradoxically had to schedule it for afternoon, also stretch, ditto. ¶ Today woke. No am reminder. to drink water. It did remind me to check my weight (in the am??) Which I did but > no place to log it. Then stretch reminder. ¶ So it is nice looking, pleasant, which is necessary. But iffy. A review said the only free feature is energize. I am gone.
This is a must to refocus when life gets so crazy and hectic your routine goes out the window. Which makes you feel more crazed in itself. Best app for getting on track and staying. I only wish you could duplicate acts withing a routine. What if I want to meditate twice in my evening routine. Other than that a most perfect app.
App is okay, but they really want to sell you their "Sphere" package. App interaction can be somewhat bizarre and/or unintuitive; what's with the breathing sfx on the reminder screens? And it suggests to buy eggs for breakfast? Seriously, you couldn't suggest a healthier alternative?
Great and very good for motivationg. The only thing I don't like is that it kind of harasses me until I do my tasks, which, as somebody who has long days starting very early and ending very late, I don't particularly find very nice.
Edit : I love the app, but it keeps offering me the same challenges (drink water, golden triangle) and even though I accept and do them, and see progress (ie 1/3 complete, keep going!) the next day it offers it to me anew, so I don't get any recognition for sticking to my habits or making progress. It feels silly to be so sad about losing my progress in these challenges, but... I am. Plus I never get new challenges and keep seeing the same prompts on my Fabulous home screen. Please let me know if I can fix this, or fix the bug... If this was fixed, the app would be truly wonderful in my life. I have severe ADHD and depression, and this app has helped me make small changes that have made me feel a little better and more in control.
