Support workers can also use Help Close By to request support for someone else. For further peace of mind, personal details will be safeguarded.

Help Close By includes several safety features to protect you. It only shares personal details on a need-to-know basis and these are deleted from the volunteer's phone once you’ve got what you need. It also has a feedback system to log any issues.
