I've used this for years without problems. Butt there is a serious problem I've had in the last 24 hours, where the window won't close for a due dose, and it keeps entering a dose in the timeline when you hit the "take dose" button. Also, the doses I've taken all of a sudden disappeared, and there were several missing doses from the timeline. There is something really wrong with the app at it is glitching. This is dangerous and needs fixing. I will change my review when this gets fixed.

I've been using this app for years (the free version). It's excellent for remembering to take your medication. You don't have to sign in to an account. It's easy to add your medication, the steps are easy. You can adjust the repeat reminder times to what you'd prefer. You can personalize the alert tone. I absolutely love it. I've checked out other medication alert apps, nothing compares to Dosecast!

This is the absolute BEST pill reminder out there and it was just made better when the last update provided the ability to move the app and the data to an SD card, freeing up memory on the phone. It still runs just as fast. Since I wrote the above I have had to replace my Samsung Android phone with a new S-20 which apparently doesn't allow moving the app to an SD card. Also I'm wishing there was a way to enter a MWF pill routine.
