App has been very good when it has worked. On no.of occasions, app has failed to open up, so I have had to delete it and either try another app or go back to using the parking machine. I found that this app was responsive today, but didn't notice that it kept 4 hrs as a favourite and I paid for longer than needed! Also by the time I noticed that I was paying for parking my old car(scrapped 2024, now deleted), it was too late to alter reg. I have now paid 2 lots, & would like a refund, please!

Absolute trash that's almost guaranteed not to be working when you actually need it. That's despite having a good enough connection to download the app again multiple times to try to cajole it into some form of functionality. Complete waste of time. Oh now we can't connect to the server because it's too busy. 5 minutes ago it was just "sorry an error has occurred". Joke of a company.

Just installed due to NCP administration. Car park tariffs same as advertised at the car park. Unfortunately don't tick for notifications as charged 20p for each and get ready to pay extra 20p for 'convenience' which you cannot switch off. What a rip-off!!! so based on the reply, you have to pay for using the app every time and to get reminders they're an extra cost every time you park. I will no longer be using the app.
