I've used Ringo for years. It's really convenient and does its job well, but with some niggles. I get the spinning circle every time I go to pay for parking - nearby locations always take an age to load if they load at all. When it does generate nearby locations, it strangely rarely includes the road I am on. Lastly, the branding change has certainly differentiated Ringgo, but it's been over a year now and the colour scheme is still as jarring as the first time I saw it!

Access is patchy and unreliable. With 5G and all bars, it's slow and often times out. Not to trust with your time or money. Whilst I appreciate what you are saying but this is an experience in two counties opposite sides of the country and multiple car parks plus no other applications were suffering in the same way. Full strength signal and 5G, so I don't believe that it's solely a case of environment.

I've had a parking fine come to me due to an error by this app I had to sort this out myself no help from ringgo. The app itself is very slow to load .I'm also getting charged for notifications although I've blocked them on the ringgo app. Would like to say it's very convenient and easy to use if you could get the app running correctly
