Ratings and reviews

Great for car parking bookings when you're going somewhere new, especially knowing they'll be busy, and you don't want the stress of finding a decent place to park. Not great for being upfront with their fees and adds them in. I think it's referred to as drip fees or something which is illegal. The latest booking made today was shown as under £10, went to view details and it's nearly £15 and nothing to show the difference. Go to pay and nearly £16! BE AWARE

0/5 stars! Pointless app does not work if you want to pay after parking. After parking and attending an appointment, I headed straight back to my car, thinking I could use the app to pay for parking. Allowed location and found idlewells, selected the option to say I had already parked, but the app would not allow me to select an earlier entry time than the current time. After trying multiple times, I ended up having to walk back down to the pay machines in the centre.

Terrible, terrible car parking system. I parked in a car park for 30 minutes where the first hour is free. There are ANPR cameras at the entrance and exit, but apparently you have to put your numberplate into a machine as well, otherwise you get a fat fine. There is no-one you can speak to about it - you have to message backwards and forwards on WhatsApp. Trying to sort out my "free" half hour has added a massive amount of stress to my life. I will never park in one of these car parks again.
