Ratings and reviews

The whole idea is great however when something goes wrong at the space as happened to me there is NO phone support, the chat bot is slow, clunky & inaccurate and they then get you to fill in a form which for me 8 hours later still hasn't been answered. If it wasn't for some ingenuity my car would still be stuck behind secure gates 8 hours later......

They appear to have introduced some form of dynamic pricing, along with sneaky preselected tick boxes to charge a bit extra for add-on services. Eg. I park in a local B&Q car park. If I arrive a bit before 8am, and choose to park at 8am, the price can be double - sometimes! Change the time to 8.30, and it's back at the usual price. The SMS tick box is an example of preselected choices. A recent road closure near me allowed me to find a cheaper car park, saving between £2 and £7 per day.

I'm having problems with two factor authentication in the app recently. It sends a code to my email address - but when I switch focus to my email app to get the code, the YourParkingSpace app aborts the login, so I can't enter the code. (If I try to log in again, it sends another code and won't accept the first one.) I have to read my email on a different device to keep the prompt open - which isn't very convenient when I'm in the car with only one phone.
