Such a glitchy app! Won't let me park in the same carpark twice as it just loops through pages, so I'm going to have to park somewhere else. Also had to go into my profile to add vehicle and payment method as it wouldn't add while trying to pay for parking (again, looped through pages). Very frustrating.

Not Good. I booked the parking very ahead of time to secure the slot which is near to the hotel I rented. Arriving at the destination just to find out that somebody occupied the slot(due to parking extension). It was so UNFAIR that they offer another location that makes it far from my hotel and more expensive. It was very incovenience for me. It ruined our 2 days tour in london because of parking issue which they've cause. What's the use of booking of this app?

Helpful but slightly clunky user interface. More importantly, a technical error of some kind resulted in my booking not going through, leading to a parking ticket from an aggressive parking enforcement agency. No response from Justpark when emailed for assistance despite the issue being caused by them. If you read this, Justpark, you owe me £60. App deleted, back to coins and error free parking payments.
