unable to access Coin Snap that says installed and has a subscription. Unable to connect and continue project.

I showed a rare gold coin from the 1600s results were not even close. Kept saying it was a silver coin when I already had it appraised. canceled immediately.

can't use it unless i go through a pile of screens. ads, subscription and it asks me to rate BEFORE i can try it. nonsense.
