INAAM is a loyalty Program specially designed to aid the Purchasing habits of our loyal customers extending our service to a family audience by giving them an opportunity to shop more at much less through this innovative program.

INAAM would earn substantial savings to the vast number of customers who consider NESTO as their second home.

Currently operating in the countries of UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait, the NESTO footprint is soon expected to expand into other markets in Asia. INAAM would initially be available to our customers in the UAE and later be expanded to other countries.

INAAM adds value to this relationship by fetching your Reward Points for every purchase enabling you to redeem these points for more purchases.

How to collect points?
It is simple, just produce your card at the time of your purchase, the cashier will scan your card and complete the billing. The points will be credited to your card immediately. Please note that the points cannot be collected for Cigarettes and Telephone cards.

How many points do you collect for your purchase?
You will get 1 point for every AED 5 purchase.

How and when to get your vouchers? (Redemption of points)
- You can redeem your points to get the voucher on the basis of the above qualification criteria.
- Redemption of points for a voucher is possible at any time from the INAAM kiosk or the customer service Desk (CSD).
- Once you redeem your points for vouchers, equivalent points will be deducted from your total points available as of that date.

I am a frequent shopper at your store and generally enjoy your collection. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my visit today while purchasing garments over 300 AED ​When I reached the billing counter, I was informed that the Fazaa service was unavailable. While I completely understand that technical issues occur, I felt the communication from the team at the counter could have been a bit more supportive. It was a bit difficult to get clear guidance on how to proceed.

i spent 45 minutes in line trying to register the app so my points would be added. The cashier tried to help, but the app just hangs on the logo "completely useless." This is embarrassing for the company. A “rewards app” that doesn’t work wastes customers’ time and patience. Before offering an app, make sure it functions. Right now, it’s a total disappointment and a frustrating joke.I expected a helpful tool to enhance my shopping experience, not an exercise in patience and wasted minutes

for e- invoice nothing 🧐 i think they don't give e- invoice bill for some time help to replace items and for warranty items maybe all customers need to put original bill in safe for warranty issue but if inaam app do some update and give e- invoice for customers purchase history and bill safety to help customers problem for items replacement and any warranty issue , because 5 day ago I buy one electronic item for kitchen use and now have some problem and I don't have pepper bill so nothing now
