How to collect points?
It is simple, just produce your card at the time of your purchase, the cashier will scan your card and complete the billing. The points will be credited to your card immediately. Please note that the points cannot be collected for Cigarettes and Telephone cards.

How many points do you collect for your purchase?
You will get 1 point for every AED 5 purchase.

How and when to get your vouchers? (Redemption of points)
- You can redeem your points to get the voucher on the basis of the above qualification criteria.
- Redemption of points for a voucher is possible at any time from the INAAM kiosk or the customer service Desk (CSD).
- Once you redeem your points for vouchers, equivalent points will be deducted from your total points available as of that date.

Ratings and reviews

I did not use this app, but for some meagre reward point, it's asking for all your details in the world. You should've stopped at mobile number, like all other online shopping apps.

The service was very poor. I requested to redeem the points, but they didn't. After the entire billing, they stated that they missed redeeming them.

very bad service though products are cheap. non of the hypermarket or supermarket force you to keep your personal belonging to customer service but awal next did not allow, there were my important documents, rather they force me out, totally illegal, there are many small things, we ignore.
