How to collect points?
It is simple, just produce your card at the time of your purchase, the cashier will scan your card and complete the billing. The points will be credited to your card immediately. Please note that the points cannot be collected for Cigarettes and Telephone cards.

How many points do you collect for your purchase?
You will get 1 point for every AED 5 purchase.

How and when to get your vouchers? (Redemption of points)
- You can redeem your points to get the voucher on the basis of the above qualification criteria.
- Redemption of points for a voucher is possible at any time from the INAAM kiosk or the customer service Desk (CSD).
- Once you redeem your points for vouchers, equivalent points will be deducted from your total points available as of that date.

Ratings and reviews

Recent update in App is very slow. it does not allow to move to anything without refilling your information. while the information page is extremely slow, you have to wait several hours because it gets stuck at the pin code, then at state and then at City. it doesn't allow you to do anything else. a request to developers that if we put the Dubai address, just grey out India or other county addresses.

I am disappointed with the Nesto rewards program. Customers are not allowed to redeem points until they reach 500 points, and the points expire after one year. Because of this policy, I lost 80 points that I had already earned. I believe this is unfair to customers, as smaller point balances cannot be redeemed before they expire. Please review this policy and consider allowing partial redemption or extending the validity period of the points.

Very poor experience at Nesto. A trolley bag was displayed and confirmed by staff as AED 79, but at checkout it scanned as AED 149. After making me wait almost an hour, they claimed the AED 79 price was a mistake. No manager was available, and I was told to come back later to complain. A complete waste of time and very poor customer service.
