The Amaze App is a Patient Empowerment Platform.

Amaze is an employer/association sponsored subscription service providing virtual urgent care, virtual primary care, mental health and wellness services, workplace injury triage, and a broad range of education and tools.

Amaze is led by medical providers who help our customers navigate the healthcare system, diagnosing and treating what we can, and providing guidance, referrals and help finding local care when we can’t.

Was difficult to login; took several tries to reset PW. Once in, the app was not bad (easy to update profile), BUT the service is unacceptable. I had difficulty understanding the rep, then was told that no doctor was available & they would call me back. That was 1.5 hrs ago! I will probably have to go to an Urgent Care facility when they open this morning!

As a medical provider, I am a strong believer in patient empowerment and education. This app is not only a wealth of knowledge for patients, but it gives them a way to contact a provider through chat, call, or video whenever they need medical assistance. An excellent life-long resource that every person needs!

This app is Amaze-ING! After signing up, I was able to speak to a medical team right away. They took care of everything and sent a script to a pharmacy 3 miles from my house. The whole process took 15 minutes. Thanks guys!
