Accessibility Service Disclosure

Stremini uses the Android Accessibility Service to help protect users from scams and phishing content that may appear on the screen.

The service activates only when the user manually triggers a scan. When triggered, Stremini temporarily reads the text currently visible on the screen to identify suspicious links, fraudulent messages, or potential scam indicators.

The extracted text is securely analyzed to detect known scam patterns or malicious links. If risky content is found, Stremini shows a warning and highlights the location of the suspicious text so the user can clearly identify the potential threat.

The Accessibility Service is used only for this security scanning feature. Stremini does not use Accessibility to control other apps, perform automatic actions, or monitor user activity in the background.

Privacy and User Control

Users remain in control of permissions and access. Stremini only operates with permissions granted by the user.
