Complete sham, you will pay up to double price over every declared cost. 1/3 of every units are broken, but yiu will be charged for at least 5-10 minute tide if you unlock. Locking mechanics is sometimes broken but you will be penalized for not locking it. They make money by ripping you off with hidden fees. The BinPass pre-paid option is a scam, they will give you 15 unlocks but in many cases the unit will not ride, and you lose credits and unlocks. The feedback is non existent they never reply

BinBin is a scam and a complete rip-off. I scanned a scooter QR code and rode a scooter, but when ending the ride the app falsely switched it to “moped” and blocked parking. Support was useless—only automated AI replies. After a long delay they ended the ride, emptied my wallet, and still added fake debt. Their scooters are in terrible condition: one barely moved 5 meters, yet I was charged full time. I have full evidence and screenshots.

the app took my money while the scooter doesn't even start when pressing the Go button, so bad experience on the first try to ride, doesnt even say what is wrong, simply not moving and the battery was 60%.
