It's been 4 months now since the app was working, new updates were released, tickets going back and forth, I stopped hoping that this app will work on my device ever again. This is just outrageous.. 09/19/2023 edit. 2 months later and the app isn't working still, this shows so much incompetence that I feel sorry for you guys!

So I have been trying to register a new account for 2 weeks now every time I try to pass that stupid captcha challenge it just refuse it and a message says invalid data pops up I have no sight problems and I'm completely sure I'm writing the exact text given I tried every identification method and by now I just gave up this is my first time dealing with the bank and by far it's the worst customer service ever not to mention the totally-unhelpful call center it's a waste of time!!

The worest app ever, The worest registration process I have ever seen. When I eventually registered, it shows a message that I have to sign a stupid form at the nearest branch. Why isn't it mentioned before starting the stupid registration process. I hope if there is no star option, You really deserve it.
