Very slow, unfriendly use, complicated steps for updating any of changeable data and the software is not reliable as the response may take long time to receive

After your last pic about remaining 60 seconds, No action the app tsop working i can't use it you can't write or but number, so it's useliss and waste of time only.

The web app always rejects the OTP as not valid. We cannot pay salary to our employees or pay anyone online anymore. CIB support is less than useless.
