The time shown in the token information is 3 hours behind the actual time in Egypt. In order to have the OTPs actually work, I need to set my phone time 3 hours ahead of the actual time in Egypt. Otherwise the mobile banking app will just keep saying OTPs are wrong and the token will eventually get locked due to many wrong OTP entries and I'll need to call the bank to unlock & reactivate it. The CIB app is nice but this token time bug is too much of a headache. Please fix it.

CIB OTP app opens the privacy policy web page and exits before even entering pass to OTP and copying it, and if I manage to reach the OTP, it is invalid. Edit: issue resolved through resetting the app and the OTP from customer service.

Every time I try to access program otp token To get a program number to convert the program so that it exits automatically and enters the browser page automatically, and it doesn't install.
