every time the clock changes, the app stops working and you have to spend 30 mins on the phone with customer service trying to make it work

Dear Valued Customer, Please make sure to delete cache & delete data by going into your mobile setting, then apps, select CIB Mobile Banking APP, tap storage, then select clear cache & then clear data

very buggy, bad UI. As a developer, I am amazed how the app got published. Could not copy any info in step 2, whenever I go to another screen to copy the code and get back to the app, it resets to step 1 again, same happens if the screen gets locked. I had to write all the codes in a piece of paper first. The app is functional but not user friendly and buggy.
