The OTP generated by the app was frequently rejected as invalid, even when entered correctly within the valid time window, causing failed authentication. However, the support team responded very quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. The app is now working fine.

complete waste of time the application generates the code and when i paste it inside the cib application to perform a local transfer it keep telling me this code is invalid untill i got blocked it is full of bugs , I don't know why all of this steps to perform a transaction if someone has already made it into my banking application he would be also able to know this access this token application so why making all of this unneeded steps and the ui is pain in the head to deal with

very buggy, bad UI. As a developer, I am amazed how the app got published. Could not copy any info in step 2, whenever I go to another screen to copy the code and get back to the app, it resets to step 1 again, same happens if the screen gets locked. I had to write all the codes in a piece of paper first. The app is functional but not user friendly and buggy.
