Latest update ruined it. 1) Can't save or download the transfer receipt — the app blocks screenshots on my Samsung S26 and gives no way to get the transfer notice after the moment you make it. 2) You must leave the app to grab the OTP, but leaving wipes everything you set up (beneficiary or transfer) and forces a full restart every time. Clearing data/cache doesn't help. Please let us stay logged in during OTP entry and allow saving/downloading receipts.

The application is extremely unstable and frequently fails to function properly. It only opens successfully about once every ten attempts, and even when it does open, it displays an "error loading data" message. At the moment, I am completely unable to access the application. This issue is significantly affecting usability and needs urgent attention.

The app has become very frustrating to use. Every time I open it, the Privacy Policy page opens automatically, and the app frequently force closes by itself. I have already tried clearing the cache and app data multiple times, but the same issues keep happening consistently. This makes the app unreliable for everyday banking. Please investigate and fix these bugs as soon as possible.
