I left Garmin for Coros. I absolutely love the watch and especially the battery life. However, the app alone is making me consider going back to Garmin. There are quite a few basic functions other tracking apps have that this doesn't. You can't even edit a run after it is completed. I've had times when my watch paused and I couldn't go back and edit my time/distance and there is no way to adjust elevation gain. I do a lot of treadmill hill workouts but I can add that gain.

I wish I could rate the app higher. But as they update it. They add more bloat and literally make your watch worse. The accuracy just keeps slipping. Sleep quality doesn't matter when it has no idea when you passed out. It was better before. I could keep going, but I'll run out of space. Edit: Removed a star because the sleep tracking/scores are just so awful now. It really is useless information.

I like the app for the basic sport modes. I haven't had any issues connecting my Apex to it. However, there are a couple of things that I think could improve: The ski touring mode is a multisport mode with mountain climb and ski. There is only one transition preset. It is very uncommon to go to the BC to do just one ski lap. I ended up using the GPS cardio instead. Why not a BC ski without any transitions?

- New Heart Rate Recovery metric, tracking both your heart rate decreases during the rest phases of structured workouts, and your heart rate decreases 2 minutes after completing an activity.
- Activities sync to the app while in progress during pauses, you can view their full statistics during 「resume later」.
- Safety Alert optimizations, allowing the automatic emails at the start of outdoor workouts to be disabled.
- And more.
