StaffPilot is the mobile companion for teams that use StaffPilot for scheduling and timekeeping. Employees and managers can handle everyday work from their phone—without juggling spreadsheets or text threads.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Sign in with your work email (multi-organization support if you belong to more than one company)
• View your upcoming shifts and weekly schedule
• Clock in and clock out, with location when your employer requires it
• Review and submit timecards
• Request time off and track PTO
• Request shift swaps
• Submit expense claims with receipt photos
• Get workplace alerts and notifications
• Complete assigned training lessons and quizzes
• Managers: approve time off, swaps, and expenses from the app

StaffPilot mobile is for employees and managers whose organization already uses StaffPilot. Your admin sets up the account; you sign in with the credentials they provide.

New to StaffPilot? Start a 14-day free trial on the web—no credit card required—at staffpilot.work. After your organization is set up, download the app and sign in with your work email.

The StaffPilot service is billed to your employer ($60/month for up to 25 users, then $3 per additional user). The mobile app is included at no extra charge for active StaffPilot tenants.
