I really had high hopes when I posted my motorcycle on CycleTrader. Unfortunately, it was a poor experience. The app and the website are awful. When I attempted to make updates, they would not save. I had to call customer service every time to have things fixed. I thought they would give me the perfect audience for selling my bike, but every single message I received was from a scammer, only wanting to discuss the bike outside the platform. Marketplace gave better results by leaps and bounds.

After almost a year of use, I can say this is the most frustrating app I've ever used. It's constantly telling me to sign in again whenever use when I try to "save" a bike. Filtering options are very limited (if they work). Then when you sort through nearest listings or newest listings it is always hit or miss. Just overall quite the headache.

It's buggy. If you are JUST searching you will probably only encounter a bug that shows you the first 5 vehicles repeatedly once in a while and that's not too bad; I'd give it a 4 if it was just that. Next, I can't seem to reliably remove saved entries. Also clicking on a listing in your saved list, then backing out, sends you back to the home screen, not the saved listing, which is frustrating since you have to click to see if it is still for sale. I'd love to see improvements.
