works good at first but then it starts taking several days before it will update your hours worked so you can barrow. then you can't speak to an actual person and you get stuck talking to a bot that can never answer your question or fix any problems and the number they have isn't even their number. it's infuriating!

I'm not sure if it is my phone or what, but I got a new device and now the app just loads and never fully log in. The service is good just not the app. **Edit: I figured it out. I turned off my Wifi and it finally let me in.

the app doesnt work as advertised. my pay has not been updated all week. I called customer support and was told there was nothing they can do about it ans to just wait it out. terrible app and I will no longer be using it
