Ratings and reviews

I don't know why the minimum top up was increased, with no reason at all in my point of view, like why not just like before? And now the top up fees are inconsistent, sometimes more expensive, sometimes cheaper, even though the amount you want to top up is the same. Is this app broken? Or is there an explanation for that?

(+) Intuitive UI, transparent with fees, exchange rate, and portfolio report; Jumlah saham sudah lebih banyak dan sudah ada ETF. (-) Sangat minim data fundamental, bahkan ETF tidak ada info Expense Ratio.

I was unable to verify my signature after multiple attempts and as such cannot trade in IDX. Customer service was responsive for the first inquiry but stopped responding afterwards. My signature is my signature. I might not write it exactly the same each time but I'm human you know? Have better support for your edge cases. I've pulled my money out till you resolve this.
