Ratings and reviews

Good app with very easy to understand UI. Very easy to use as well. Although i have a suggestion to make the app even better. I just wish that the Portfolio included losses due to fees. Or even better, make the unrealized P&L of every open trade include the calculation of our losses due to fees, slippage, etc. That way, it will make it easier for us to know at what price the trade will break even. Please add these features.

Features are good, transactions are fast. However, when you encounter a problem, then it starts to get frustrating. The chat bot cannot help much, the live agent doesn't show until 1.5 hours later, although it stated that the wait time was 47 minutes (yes, this is true), calling a landline still being told that all agents are busy. And this is supposed to be the Priority Service Line.

For the app itself is about average for a investing application, but for costumer service it is down the most worst I've ever seen. They have inconsistency of when they would answer or not answer your call, mostly you need to email them over and over for replies. I've transferred via BCA about Rp3.000.000 since 13 march 2026, and it's still haven't registered in the app. If your money isn't transferred yet just so know it's already gone because the delay is insanely horrible + costumer service.
