Ratings and reviews

Mostly it's just a very annoying advertising platform. Functions like top up and other services are not central as they should be. Instead, the space is given over to ads and promotions. Plus, it doesn't work well - keeps logging me off, slow to respond, etc.

the worst company ever, they are promoting through fraud marketing companies, on the other hand, smiles app???!?! normal call to any groceries can give you better service. very bad service at all, the issue there is no other real alternative in UAE unfortunately... I wish that the decision maker in this country would look seriously in this company's services, the level of the service offered are against the country's vision.

Etisalat does not truly offer unlimited internet packages, especially when it comes to multi-SIM usage. The so-called "unlimited" plans are often limited to the primary SIM only, while the additional SIMs receive a very small data quota. What’s more disappointing is that when customers leave reviews or raise concerns, the replies are always the same generic, pre-written message — clearly automated and not addressing the actual issue. It feels like customer feedback is not genuinely heard or con.
