App claim recharge 30% bonus and I was recharge 50 AED two days ago I can't find 30% bonus and only get 150+150, social mb bonus data but I can't use it, I claim it 100 times on five app but not registered yet not working waste of money 💵. Why you're lying customers?

The app doesn't even work half the time. Every time, the error message comes up as something has gone wrong.

From this app I took 30 gb mb in 30 days from this app for 30 tk price, all the mb came but not working, still no sms is coming, what is the problem i am turning off the mobile, nothing is getting solved, what can i do please let me know ?
