no response from customer care, unable to recharge through application, in app shows my account is invalid, trying to contact customer care and they said there is issue in application, until today I don't know what's the problem, even they also don't know... great team ..great service

No support From customer care and they don't have customer care agent to speak with I have been trying since last 2 days. Nonstop data is not working in my area and it was working last month suddenly it stops working I am getting frustrated because no customer care support. please solve this

Terrible service I activated a package and the money is deducted, but the required service isn't working. There is zero customer support; the helpline and the app are just automated loops with no option to speak to a human.
