Ratings and reviews

I like reamaze, but this app is terrible. Just shows the browser version squished on to a mobile phone screen. I click into chat and because there is so little screen realestate I'm scrolling for ages to get to the last comment made. This is also the biggest problem with reamaze that you have to scroll to the bottom of all chats and tickets to then post a response. UPDATE ok I just checked back in after 7 years to see what has changed. it doesn't work with my new version of Android.

I'm glad that I can get some work done from the phone, but the app is just really bad. Every time I go back from a message, the messages list needs a few seconds until I can scroll it and it keeps getting stuck. I have to scroll up and down untill I can finally scroll further

Hello, thanks for the great app, I just wanted to say that it would be very nice, if you can add a dark theme for the app, also the option to merge conversations which are missing within the app, I have to use a web browser on my phone in desktop mode to get this. thanks in advance.
