Performance on Android is very poor, lots of bugs. Can't get back to the open tickets screen half the time, it errors or simply won't allow the back button to be clicked. S21 Ultra Android 12 fully updated

Crashes on startup every time, making it unusable. My phone is a Pixel 3a XL running Android 10. Update as of Nov 26th: The new version they mention below still crashes in exactly the same way. No change

This app will get negative feedback because of improper price. i only use it for shopify Chat. because of glitches. And you still need to know things to work or spend some times to build a funtion. Not so automated in smart way, but crazy yearly cost. paying $160 a month for 4 staffs.. Not so Kosher exclusive but at Kosher price. later on downgraded to $50 mo. total then entire data exposes to staffs. They have many minor features but not perfectly polished., which is not so helpful in business.
