Ratings and reviews

Constantly disconnects / logs out, uploads photos in wrong orientation, says email / password is invalid, needs update despite being on the latest version, random error codes, and the list goes on. I am so annoyed by this because the website itself is more stable than this hunk of the trash app!!! It's still a problem with photos uploading wrong! Still, more problems persist, and support doesn't help.

when i first install it is great. it saves my login info & can easily get in & thank people. after a couple days it logs you out & you need to reauthenticate, i put in user name and password and verify they are correct and they are. when it is working, it sends a text message and you enter it. BUT after the first time, that never happens. to get into my account, i have to reinstall or use the web version. WAY too much work when i am trying to thank people in a timely fashion and may not be home.

Poorly organized. Poorly optimized. If you sign in, you get verified for 30 days until you have to sign in again. Only after a week or 2 the app forgets and asks you to sign in again. You have to type out every letter of your email address with no memory or auto fill (even bank apps have these qol features). Then you can't sign in due to technical difficulties. Now, I must be a gofundme engineer because when I delete the app and reinstall it, this magically fixes these "technical difficulties."
