I deposited ₦1,000 into this app via Opay on Saturday. The transfer was successful, but my balance still hasn’t reflected, and there is no transaction record in the app. Customer support is completely inactive, and their website shows “last seen” weeks ago. This is extremely disappointing for a financial app. Until they fix their system and provide real support, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

Sometimes when you buy data through this app, it will show successful but it will not reflect in your phone. When you chat up admin, they will prove to you that it showed success, whereas in your phone there will be no data. I recommend other apps. Don't say you didn't see this review when it happens to you.
