No longer works. It used to have all the information listed. I logged in last night, and it said no router connected to the account. Now I can't even log in. It just says something went wrong try again later. I reinstalled the app but still broken. Fios experience has been less than average. Updated I am able to log in. If there is an outage, there should be something on the app, not just try again. My TV & internet were fine at the time.

Still some bugs my devices say they are offline when they are online. Some of my devices say they are offline but are actually online. For example a security camera I have says it is always offline but it is online. That is rather the Internet is on or off (paused) Makes me feel like there is either a bug in the app or the camera is faulty or hacked. I have removed the app and added it again but it still has the same result. But the app does provide more control and the features are great.

setting usable profiles and parental controls is basically useless. it's good to monitor your network, kinda. you'll find a lot of devices listed multiple times with different names for each. Verizon's IT staff could have done a much better job than launching this nonsense
