Can't provide a Zero stars, or I would. Installed this app today, and it absolutely will not load. I just get a spinning black wheel and never get to a login screen, home screen, or anything else. C'mon, Verizon. This is a brand-new app, and it doesn't work. Did your developers/QA actually do any functional testing before releasing this junk? :-(

Messed up most of the devices in my home. Cannot use the faster parts of my Verizon router without major problems. Changed back to original settings. Certain devices will get the faster speed. IT team is working on this issue.

The app just says there was an error and to try again later. It also says the unit is offline even though it's not.
