I was nervous about using this app when I saw the three stars! I didn't have any problem at all. I connected an exterior smart plug for my Christmas lights in less than 10 minutes. And took another 3 minutes to set up the schedule. Very intuitive, user friendly and easy. I am a 71-year-old none techie person so if I can do it anyone can haha! I did a test drive on the scheduling with a lamp to go on at 1:30 and off at 1:35 and I even used the timer that the app provided. I couldn't be happier.

App crashes constantly. Tried clearing cache/storage, uninstalling and reinstalling, the problem perists. It actually used to work fine so maybe this was a recent update causing the issue. For now though, I'm stuck being unable to edit smart lighting schedules unless I change settings at lightning speed before the app crashes. If the app didn't crash constantly I'd give it 3 stars for usability.

DO NOT BUY. Basically no customizing options. The "Chase", "fade" etc are only available on preset colors. The user can't create more than one unique color combo at a time, but doesn't allow for affect like "fade". No updates to the app to make these improvements. These are the dumbest "smart" lights I've ever had the displeasure of purchasing. Bait and switch. Overall pretty disappointed!!
