the worst app ever and absolutely no care in the world from the developer. The concept is awesome, but the interface is useless. The scrolling wheel to set up a time (hour and minute) when setting up a schedule disappears after the first use. You end up having to imagine where the invisible buttons are. It will also randomly show only 2 out of the 6 plugs, so you can't verify or control the other 4 for an indefinite period of time. If you use those in a planted aquarium, it can be really bad.

The app is pretty much garbage. I'm trying to setup my light switch to turn on at sunset and turn off at sunrise. When you select sunset during the setup process it will actually choose sunrise and vice versa. This is the most basic function for a smart switch and yet the app gets it all wrong. Clearly there is no QA/QC for this app. Not to mention zero effort at localization. I mean, come on, there are thousands of companies that will take software and localize it for not much money.

this app is awful. I bought a wifi/bluetooth plug a few years ago that uses the Smart Life app which has been great, so I repurchased the exact same plug which now runs off of this BN hub app. I have had nothing but problems with this plug. Another user, that is not part of my household, that I don't even know, is able to remove my programmed plug from my devices. Everyday I have to go reset it, put it back in and that same day another random user removes the device after a few hours.
