this app is awful. I bought a wifi/bluetooth plug a few years ago that uses the Smart Life app which has been great, so I repurchased the exact same plug which now runs off of this BN hub app. I have had nothing but problems with this plug. Another user, that is not part of my household, that I don't even know, is able to remove my programmed plug from my devices. Everyday I have to go reset it, put it back in and that same day another random user removes the device after a few hours.

Doesn't work! Every day we have to manually turn the switched outlets on or off, even though they're all on the same schedule. And you have to tap the on/off several times before THAT actually works, too! I called support and they said to open a ticket. That was days ago... Never heard from anyone about this. Also, even though you can name each device that name does not show up on the main screen. It should. Right now this is a poorly performing product.

App works occasionally but mostly doesn't work. It's frustrating. Every day I have to fum ke around with it to make sure my xmas lights turn on or off. Sometimes I have to go outside and physically switch them on/otf the older app used to work perfectly that's why I bought this second plug. The older app wouldn't connect to this. The plug itself is nice but this app is straight garbage. why upgrade to a newer app if it pretty much never works?BN listen to your customers and fix this buggy thing.
