What Does it do?
Use the HR Clockcard App to monitor time and attendance of employees and visitors to your business. HR Clockcard is connected to the HR Clockcard platform where you or managers can plan staffing, monitor holiday and sickness, view the times and locations that employees or visitors are clocking in, you can also request photo evidence of an employee to stop others clocking in on behalf of others or improve security.
Punching in and out could not be simpler, you can print and issue clock cards that can be scanned by your devices camera. The device will scan the card and punch in or out in a matter of seconds. This is great for monitoring visitors to site or monitoring homeworkers as well as monitoring employee attendance. The app can also be set up as a kiosk in a reception or entrance area, it is fully flexible.
The App can be customised to reflect your brand, you can subscribe to the white label version and change the colours of the app, add your own logos and company name so all your visitors and employees see your company branding.
