The product is good althogh a swith to turn off and on the device is missing and scents are great and I recommend them. What I will review here is the app because we are in the App Store. Bad user experience. The content doesn't have contrast so is hard to read and everything looks like it were disabled which is confusing. The reason why I am writing this review is because it's the second time I try to open the app and kick me out or close by it self.

Machine, scents and this don't work. What a waste of money! I do not recommend to anyone. I had to give a star but make mine a negative -1. I took it back to them within the 30 days but was told I had to give it a chance. Now almost a year and still the same and now due to the time frame they don't exchange or refund my money. Bad service and Machine.

The device is working fine, but I'm not sure what do I need a password to access the setting. Also, 80% of the time, the password doesn't work. It's just to annoy to have a password to access the app. Please, remove it. It's not needed.
