Example of use:

A safety inspector can use the app to conduct inspections in places without an internet connection. The inspector can complete the checklists in the app and then send them to the web system when connected to the internet. Data from inspections can be used to generate safety reports.

IMPORTANT: the first entry into the application must be with an internet connection so that it is validated with the server and the checklists are downloaded to the application.
