About this app

Most budget apps grade your past spending. Keep Above plans your future — a forward-focused budget app and bill tracker that tells you the one number that matters: how much money you should have right now to cover every upcoming expense.

Add your bills. Add your income. Keep Above does the math.

Hit your safe minimum balance and every bill on your radar is funded. Anything above it is unreserved.

No categories to maintain. No receipts to scan. No "you spent $47 on coffee" guilt-trips. Free to use, with an optional Premium plan for power users.

HOW IT WORKS

Keep Above uses sinking funds — a method commonly used in personal finance planning to prepare for irregular expenses. Rent due in a week? Already counted in your safe minimum. Annual subscription in five months? We track exactly how much of it is already counted in your safe minimum today.

Every day, the app recalculates your safe minimum balance based on the bills and income you've entered. You always know:
• How much of your bills are already funded
• How much money is unreserved
• When your next bill pinch point is

NO BANK LINKING. EVER.

Keep Above is manual-entry by design. We never ask for your bank login, account numbers, or card details — and we couldn't, because we don't connect to your bank at all.

You enter what you want to track. That's it.
