the self inspection is horrible. You keep taking photos, but it doesn't upload them even though the photos are according to the requirements, so frustrating. don't know what other problem to expect with this app very disappointing 😕

I had a policy with myway for more then 2 years until my flat was broken into and had to make a claim but little did I know why they call themselves Myway. it's their way or noway at all. When u call/text them they promise to get back to u but never deliver. Manager will call asking you don't lodge a case against them at ombudsman. Then u wait till you forget u once had a policy which was supposed to protect you. The app will state the matter has been finalized right after the claim process.

The app hangs on several screens and after contacting client support the person stated that a callback must be requested for the item to be added to the policy. However the screen stays has a button Next and when clicking on the button the screen reloads and nothing happens. How am I suppose to know that I need to request a call back?
