the self inspection is horrible. You keep taking photos, but it doesn't upload them even though the photos are according to the requirements, so frustrating. don't know what other problem to expect with this app very disappointing 😕

I had a policy with myway for more then 2 years until my flat was broken into and had to make a claim but little did I know why they call themselves Myway. it's their way or noway at all. When u call/text them they promise to get back to u but never deliver. Manager will call asking you don't lodge a case against them at ombudsman. Then u wait till you forget u once had a policy which was supposed to protect you. The app will state the matter has been finalized right after the claim process.

As soon as I turn on notifications on the App, I get a "Trip Detected" notification almost every hour, right through the night as well, even though my car is parked and not moving, now I won't know when my car is actually moving due to all these false notifications. when I turn notifications off, I receive messages that MiWay won't be able to send me help if I am in an accident as my notifications are turned off.
