I had a policy with myway for more then 2 years until my flat was broken into and had to make a claim but little did I know why they call themselves Myway. it's their way or noway at all. When u call/text them they promise to get back to u but never deliver. Manager will call asking you don't lodge a case against them at ombudsman. Then u wait till you forget u once had a policy which was supposed to protect you. The app will state the matter has been finalized right after the claim process.

Tried changing addresses on the app, always talking about an error. I don't remember the app working.

App keeps on saying I wont get help if involved in an accident because it is old version. I am slowly regretting coming to miway.
