★The principle of this diet method・patent registered★
People who weigh more, people who weigh less, everyone thinks they are eating normally, so their weight is almost constant. During a period of constant weight, calories in = calories out. When you want to lose or gain weight, you need to change what you normally eat and how much you exercise.
The app advises how much you should change your eating and exercising over the next 24 hours.
Weighing yourself daily is more important than calculating your total daily calorie intake. Since the difference between the calorie label and the measured value of food is allowed up to ±20%, there is a large error in calorie calculation.
For example, even if you calculate calories to eat 2000 Kcal a day, an error will occur in the range of 1600 to 2400 Kcal. If you've had trouble calculating your total calories, this is the reason.
The method of adding or subtracting the amount of food and exercise in the calorie balance indicated by this app is more effective for weight management than the total calorie calculation method.

Human body fat is an energy storage organ of 1.0Kg≒7200Kcal. Even if you lose weight by restricting carbohydrates, you will eventually lose weight at this rate because calories will decrease. In order to reduce body fat by 1.0Kg in 30 days, it is necessary to plan and execute diet and exercise so that 7200/30 = 240Kcal of negative balance every day.
