I really enjoy my new nutrition plan and drinking 64 oz of water a day. I feel fuller, no cravings, no greasy taste in my mouth. At first, it was hard to find Soy protein 22 oz of Soy nutri with only 120 calories. I had not realize how much calories play. I also included an exercise plan 5 times a week which includes strength training once a week to start. I do have a nutritionist track. My weight is 204 pounds. My goal is to weigh 170 pounds in 3 months. I am excited about my goal!

Just got the app. And so far it's really helpful. It's like free weight watchers.
