I don't like exercise but realize it's necessary to get where I want to be...able to walk/run my daily 5 miles. it's hard work after knee replacement, but necessary. I like having my exercise routine on my phone. The timer for each exercise is excellent because you have a timer at your fingertips along with the video to ensure you are doing the exercise correctly. I like it.

This app is terrible for keeping track of your excercises. What it needs is a calendar or real time tracking system where you can mark an individual excercise as done (when you do it). I am a busy mom of 3 littles, have terrible pelvic/core strength, and therefore a massive routine. I have no long period of time to block out for this. I can't remember which ones I've done today already, much less yesterday. Some are to be done 3x a day, some every 2 days..etc. there needs to be a system for this

This is a basic app for physical therapy, rather than fitness tracking. There are time reminders which can be set to your preferences under the Settings. We advise contacting your rehab specialist to help you with the exercise program length if there is an issue with that. Thanks for taking the time to send us your suggestions.

The exercise programs are easy to access, and videos are super helpful. I like being able to send feedback, BUT, the send comments feature does not work. It allows you to type them, but as soon as you start typing, the "send comments" button disappears so you can't actually send them.
