This app is terrible for keeping track of your excercises. What it needs is a calendar or real time tracking system where you can mark an individual excercise as done (when you do it). I am a busy mom of 3 littles, have terrible pelvic/core strength, and therefore a massive routine. I have no long period of time to block out for this. I can't remember which ones I've done today already, much less yesterday. Some are to be done 3x a day, some every 2 days..etc. there needs to be a system for this

This is a basic app for physical therapy, rather than fitness tracking. There are time reminders which can be set to your preferences under the Settings. We advise contacting your rehab specialist to help you with the exercise program length if there is an issue with that. Thanks for taking the time to send us your suggestions.

The exercise programs are easy to access, and videos are super helpful. I like being able to send feedback, BUT, the send comments feature does not work. It allows you to type them, but as soon as you start typing, the "send comments" button disappears so you can't actually send them.

Sorry you encountered this issue. This has been resolved in a newer build.

The app doest show videos. You have to go forward and back between different items and then the videos might load if you are lucky. Also it would be very useful to have a timer with the struction. I have to read the instructions then setup a timer and do the exercises. Why not have a timer ready to go in this app? Generally the app needs a do over.

It is likely that your health care provider gave you an exercise they created and did not add a video. Otherwise all exercises have video. If they are loading slow, it may be your phone connectivity; we have had no reports of videos not loading. We will be adding a timer to the phone app. Most exercises are done with sets and reps and not time.
